Kindergarten Art Overview
Students in Kindergarten will become familiar with classic and contemporary artists and focus on the elements of line and visual organization principles of pattern and repetition. A variety of medium will be used to convey these elements. Students will experiment with line, shape, form, color, and texture to create their own art design. Students will begin to create a background that is relevant to their art work.

Grade 1 Art Overview

They will incorporate geometric terms and descriptive language.
