Students in Kindergarten are introduced to the desktop computer and learn basic computer skills through activities and games.
Grade 1 Computer Overview
Students in Grade 1 review basic computer skills through games and lessons. Word processing, internet navigation, and drawing applications are taught.
Grade 2 Computer Overview
Students in Grade 2 review basic computer, word processing, internet navigation, and drawing application skills. Basic typing fundamentals are introduced and practiced.
Grade 3 Computer Overview
Students in Grade 3 review word processing, internet, and drawing application skills. Lessons in typing fundamentals are stressed. Computer applications are used to complete classroom projects and presentations.
Grade 4 Computer Overview
Students in Grade 4 use word processing, presentation, and project applications to expand on classroom topics. Knowledge in internet navigation and content is utilized for projects. Typing skills are improved throughout the year.

Students in Grade 5 use word processing, presentation, and project applications to expand on classroom topics. Knowledge in internet navigation and content is utilized for projects. Typing skills are improved upon, but are utilized in many word processing assignments.
